POLICIES
Lair of Dragons guarantees all of our reptiles will arrive alive and healthy. Live arrival can only be
guaranteed when transit temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees F.
All deliveries must be signed for and received by the customer on first attempt of delivery or our
guarantee is void.
Lair of Dragons guarantees the health of all of our reptiles (expect for rescues) for no more that 15 days
upon arrival. If you notice a problem or have a concern it is your responsibility to contact us
immediately, if not the guarantee will be voided. Providing you have the right set up with correct
temperatures, lighting and diet we will stand behind the guarantee. A picture of your set up may be
asked of you. Any DOA's must be reported to us within 2 hours of arrival and kept till further notice.
We will refund your money minus shipping cost or send a replacement of a similar reptile if you choose.
Lair of Dragons would like you to note that we are unable to guarantee the colors of your bearded
dragons. We do provide pictures of the parents and the linage when possible. The colorations has too
many variables for us to be able to guarantee that off springs will turn out looking like their parents.
Too many times have we seen colorful babies turn dull and dull babies turn bright so with that in mind
we can not and will not guarantee color. Our dragons are raised on greens and crickets with vitamin
supplements and the highest quality lighting on the market today.

ORDERING
Purchases can be done over the phone, e-mail or through our website. You may also come and pick
out your dragon, just give us a call and we will set up a day for you to come out.

SHIPPING
Charges are per box and not per reptile. Orders will be sent over night. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes,
we must have a physical address. We currently use UPS Next Day. The cost of the delivery can and
will vary depending on the type of service used but cost is $35.00-$55.00 for average size packages and
more for oversize packages, such as large snakes... Plus a additional handling & packaging fee of
$5.00. Please keep in mind you may have to pick up your package at the post office. The cost of UPS
depends on your us know what day you would like to receive your shipment. Lair of Dragons will not
be responsible for carrier delays or errors and all claims with a carrier will be directed to the delivery
company and not Lair of Dragons. Their are times and places where delivery next day is not
guaranteed. For exact cost of shipping contact us with your zip code. Please Note: We usually only
ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, if you need shipment on another day, contact us first.
